The Gulf region should attract the experts on 3-D filmmaking and lure them to make the Gulf as their home base. If this will happen, the gulf region will then attract Hollywood and other filmmaking industries to do business or collaborate with the Gulf filmmaking industries, which in turn will generate billions of dollars in income.
